Cypak joins the Healthcare Compliancy Packaging Council (HCPC) for EuropeCypak has accepted the invitation to join with leading companies from the European pharmaceutical industry and packaging providers to assist and educate the European healthcare sector in improving patient compliance through the use of packaging solutions.As a full member of HCPC-Europe, Cypak will contribute expertise in the area of smart packaging and internet connectivity, and will respond to industry requirements and input from associated organizations such as the European Patients’ Forum. Per Nathanaelson, Cypak CEO, explains: “European Union (EU) policy is that the majority of EU countries should be able to provide on-line services to monitor and care for patients at home by the end of 2008. Intelligent packaging systems are part of the solution.
