Cypak was founded in 1999 by Jakob and Stina Ehrensvärd.In 2000 additional funding was provided by Provider Venture Partners, one of the most active and experienced venture capital firms in the Nordic region and majority shareholder. In 2004 Industrifonden (Swedish Industry Development Fund) invested. Cypak is privately owned. Key employees participate via an option program. |
